Connect your stack
Autoch.at integrates with the tools your business already relies on. Connections are managed in Settings and in the CRM section of the platform.
Communication channels
These are the channels your AI assistant and team can use to communicate with customers:

CRM integrations
Sync your client records and conversation data with your CRM:

Connect your CRM at CRM > CRM Connections.
Calendar integrations
Allow your AI assistant to check availability and book meetings:

Connect your calendar at Settings > Calendar Integration.
AI model providers
By default, Autoch.at uses its own managed AI infrastructure. If you want to use your own API keys for cost control, compliance, or to use specific model versions, you can bring your own keys:

Configure BYOK at Settings > Bring Your Own Key.
Webhooks and API
For integrations not listed above, Autoch.at provides:
- Webhooks — Send real-time event notifications to any URL when conversations are created, updated, or resolved; when leads are qualified; or when other events occur.
- REST API — Programmatically access and manage conversations, clients, and other data.
Webhook configuration is available in Settings. API documentation is available at api.autoch.at/docs.
Zapier and Make
Autoch.at connects to Zapier and Make (formerly Integromat), giving you access to thousands of additional integrations without writing any code. Search for "Autoch.at" in the Zapier or Make app directories to find available triggers and actions.
