Tour the dashboard

The Autoch.at dashboard is your control center for conversations, AI behavior, and workspace settings.

Use the navigation sidebar to move between:

  • The live inbox and conversation list

  • AI configuration for assistants, playbooks, and routing

  • Settings for channels, branding, privacy, and billing

You need an Autoch.at account and the right workspace permissions to access some pages in this guide, such as Settings and AI Config.

First-time setup steps

Follow these steps in order to reach your first real conversation on the unified timeline.

Create your workspace and sign in

Sign up or accept your invite, then sign in to https://dashboard.autoch.at. Confirm that you can see the main dashboard and navigation sidebar.

Connect your communication channels

Set up your primary email domain and any SMS or chat channels you plan to use. This ensures new messages flow into Autoch.at instead of separate tools.

Explore the dashboard basics

Open the Dashboard docs in a new tab and skim the key areas: navigation, search, and conversation detail. This helps you know where everything lives before you go live.

Configure your first AI assistant

Go to Assistants to set up how AI participates in your workflows. Start with conservative settings, then expand to drafting, summarization, and suggested replies.

Add routing, playbooks, and training context

Build out your first Playbooks, connect them to Routing & Handoffs, and add key documents to Training context so AI aligns with your policies.

Test an end-to-end conversation

Send a test email or chat, respond with AI assistance, and confirm the full interaction appears on a single timeline in Conversations.
