Usage & Billing
Review your current plan, track usage, manage payment methods, and access your invoice history.
Managing your subscription
The Usage & Billing page (at Settings > Usage & Billing) is where Owners manage the financial side of their Autoch.at workspace — your plan, payment details, and usage metrics.
Only users with the Owner role can access the Billing page. If you need to make changes to your subscription and don't have Owner access, ask your organization administrator to update your role.
Your current plan
The top of the page shows your current subscription plan, what's included, and your next billing date. If you want to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel, the controls are here.
Upgrading your plan
- Click Change Plan.
- Review the available plans and their features.
- Select the plan you want.
- Confirm the change.
Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.
Downgrading your plan
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Until then, you'll continue to have access to your current plan's features.
If your current usage exceeds the limits of the plan you're downgrading to, you'll be prompted to reduce usage before the downgrade can proceed.
Usage metrics
The Usage section shows how much of your plan's allowances you've consumed in the current billing period:

| Human agent seats | Number of active agent accounts in your workspace |
| SMS messages | Total SMS messages sent and received |
| Voice minutes | Total minutes of AI voice calls |
| Storage | Total data stored (conversation history, uploaded documents, etc.) |
If you're approaching a limit, you'll see a warning indicator. You can either upgrade your plan or reduce usage before the limit is reached.
Payment methods
In the Payment section, you can:
- Add a payment method — Credit card or bank transfer (depending on your plan)
- Update your card — Replace an expiring or invalid card
- Remove a payment method — Only available if you have another valid payment method on file
Invoice history
All past invoices are listed at the bottom of the page. Click any invoice to view or download it as a PDF. This is useful for expense reporting or accounting purposes.
Cancelling your subscription
If you need to cancel, click Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the page. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which your workspace will be deactivated.
Cancelling your subscription will eventually result in your workspace data being deleted. If you think you might want to reactivate in the future, consider downgrading to a lower plan instead of cancelling.
