Calendar Integration
Connect your calendar so your AI assistant can check availability and book meetings directly in conversations.
Let your AI book meetings
When you connect a calendar to Autoch.at, your AI assistant can check your real-time availability and offer booking slots to customers — all within a conversation, without any back-and-forth.
Go to Settings > Calendar to connect your calendar.
Supported calendar providers
- Google Calendar — Connect via Google OAuth
- Microsoft Outlook / Microsoft 365 — Connect via Microsoft OAuth
- Calendly — Connect via Calendly OAuth
Connecting your calendar
- Go to Settings > Calendar.
- Click Connect Calendar.
- Select your calendar provider.
- You'll be redirected to your provider's authorization page — log in and grant Autoch.at permission to read your calendar and create events.
- Once authorized, you'll be returned to Autoch.at and your calendar will appear as connected.
Autoch.at only reads your calendar to check availability and creates new events when a booking is confirmed. It does not modify or delete existing events.
Configuring booking settings
Once your calendar is connected, you can configure how bookings work:
- Meeting duration — The default length of meetings the AI will offer (e.g., 30 minutes, 1 hour).
- Buffer time — Padding before and after meetings so you're never booked back-to-back.
- Availability window — How far in advance customers can book (e.g., up to 4 weeks out).
- Business hours — The days and times the AI should offer as available.
Using calendar booking in conversations
Once configured, your AI assistant can use the calendar tool in any conversation. When a customer asks to schedule a meeting, the AI will:
- Check your real-time availability.
- Offer a few available time slots.
- Confirm the customer's preferred time.
- Create the calendar event and send a confirmation.
The customer receives a calendar invite, and the event appears in your calendar automatically.
Disconnecting a calendar
- Go to Settings > Calendar.
- Click Disconnect next to the calendar you want to remove.
Disconnecting a calendar stops the AI from being able to check availability or book meetings. Existing calendar events created by Autoch.at are not affected.
