Social Analytics
Track engagement, reach, and follower growth across all your connected social media accounts.
Measure your social performance
The Social Analytics page (at Social Media > Analytics) gives you a consolidated view of how your social media accounts are performing. Instead of checking each platform's native analytics separately, you can see all your key metrics in one place.
What's tracked
Engagement metrics
| Metric | What it measures |
|---|---|
| Likes / Reactions | How many people reacted positively to your posts |
| Comments | How many comments your posts received |
| Shares / Reposts | How many times your content was shared |
| Clicks | How many people clicked links in your posts |
| Engagement rate | Total engagements as a percentage of reach |
Reach and impressions
- Reach — The number of unique accounts that saw your content.
- Impressions — The total number of times your content was displayed (one person can generate multiple impressions).
Follower growth
Track how your follower count changes over time for each connected account.
DM response metrics
Since Autoch.at handles your social DMs, you can also see:
- DMs received — Total incoming direct messages per platform
- AI-handled — DMs resolved by your AI assistant without human intervention
- Average response time — How quickly DMs received their first response
Filtering the data
Use the filters at the top of the page to:
- Select accounts — View data for all accounts or a specific one
- Select date range — Day, week, month, or custom range
- Select metric type — Focus on engagement, reach, or DM metrics
Exporting data
Click Export to download your social analytics data as a CSV file for use in your own reports or dashboards.
Social analytics data is pulled from each platform's API and may be delayed by up to a few hours. Real-time data is not available.
