Write better captions, faster

The Caption Generator (at Social Media > Caption Generator) uses AI to help you write social media captions. If you know what you want to post about but aren't sure how to phrase it, describe your idea and let the AI draft it for you.

This is especially useful for teams that post frequently and need to maintain a consistent voice without spending hours writing copy.

How to use it

1. Go to Social Media > Caption Generator.
2. Describe what you want to post. Be specific — the more context you give, the better the result:
   • What is the post about?
   • What tone do you want? (Professional, casual, playful, urgent?)
   • Is there a specific call to action?
   • Which platform is this for?
3. Click Generate.
4. Review the generated caption. If you like it, click Use This Caption to open it in the post composer. If not, click Regenerate for a different version, or edit the description and try again.

Tips for better results

Be specific about the topic. "Write a caption about our new product launch" will produce a generic result. "Write a caption announcing our new AI-powered scheduling tool, launching next Tuesday, targeting small business owners" will produce something much more useful.

Specify the platform. Instagram captions can be longer and use hashtags effectively. LinkedIn captions work better with a professional tone and a clear point. Twitter/X needs to be concise. Telling the generator which platform you're targeting helps it match the right style.

Specify the tone. If your brand has a specific voice — formal, conversational, witty — say so. "Write this in a friendly, conversational tone" makes a big difference.

Iterate. The first result isn't always the best one. Regenerate a few times and pick the version that resonates most, then edit it to add any specific details the AI missed.

Using generated captions

Generated captions are a starting point, not a finished product. Always review and edit before publishing:

• Add any specific details the AI didn't know (product names, dates, prices)
• Adjust the tone to match your brand voice exactly
• Add relevant hashtags if the platform supports them
• Check that any claims or facts are accurate

Once you're happy with the caption, click Use This Caption to open it in the post composer, where you can add media, select accounts, and schedule it.
